How long does my order take to ship?

Processing time on all orders are 1 - 3 business days.

Shipping on all orders 3 - 5 business days with the exception if your order is processed on an expedited shipping day, packages may arrive earlier.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?

We accept unopened item returns within 5 days of delivery. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit. Due to our small batch production procedure we cannot accept returns of opened items. 

If you purchased your K La Fond product at a retail location, please contact them directly for their refund and return policy.

If your product(s) were damaged in transit please contact info@klafond.com upon delivery/discovery so we can address this problem immediately.

If your product(s) are lost in the mail please contact us to resolve this issue after the indicated delivery date has passed, via your tracking information.
